This policy outlines our refunds, payments, cancellations, and project milestones to ensure transparency and trust for businesses in Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and other cities, as well as international clients in the UAE, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
1. General Refund & Return Policy
- No refunds will be issued once services are initiated.
- All our services are customized and strategy-based, making them non-refundable after work begins.
- We encourage clients to thoroughly review the scope of work, timelines, and deliverables before confirming any project.
2. Service-Specific Refund Guidelines
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- No refunds after the first creative/post or ad campaign goes live.
- Changes and updates are allowed as per the selected package.
Website Design & Development
- No refunds once any work on design, coding, or hosting setup has started.
- Feedback is welcomed at every stage, and scope-based changes are allowed.
SEO & Local SEO Services
- No refunds after keyword research or optimization work has started.
- We offer regular performance reports for Google and other search engines.
Google Ads / Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Campaign setup fees and ad spends are non-refundable after ad launch.
- We continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
Branding & Visual Design
- No refund after the initial concept, logo, or brand guidelines are shared.
- Revisions are included based on the package selected.
Content Writing (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Once writing has started or content is delivered, no refund is possible.
- Edits are available to meet tone or brand voice requirements.
Photography & Video Production (Local Projects)
- No refund after pre-production or shooting begins.
- Script, storyboard, and shoot plan are approved prior to filming.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
- The remaining 50% must be paid upon milestone delivery or project completion.
- For monthly retainers:
- Indian clients: Payments via UPI, NEFT, or bank transfer.
- International clients: Payments via PayPal, Wise, or bank wire.
- Invoices must be cleared within 7 days. Late payments may cause service interruption.
4. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be emailed to grow@digimirchiinfotech.com.
- If cancelled before project start, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted after deducting admin charges.
- No refunds if the project is in progress or delivered.
- Monthly services require a 15-day written notice before cancellation.
5. Project Milestone Approach
We follow a structured milestone-based project delivery model:
- Discovery & Strategy – Client meeting, requirement gathering
- Approval Phase – Mockups, branding elements, campaign calendar
- Execution – Website development, SEO implementation, or ad launch
- Revisions & Feedback – Refinement as per client input
- Final Delivery – Launch or handover
- Post-Support – Support for a limited period, if included
- Delays in feedback may impact timelines.
- Major scope changes may result in additional charges.
6. Dispute Resolution

- Our team will acknowledge your issue within 3 working days and strive to resolve it efficiently.
